What Hikers Say
The hardest stretch becomes the story people keep telling after the finish line.
Hear from past participants who conquered the North Coast Trail with Island Hikers.
The most epic thing I've ever done in Trinidad. 27km through untouched rainforest, river crossings, cliff views — and the finish line at Blanchisseuse beach? Unreal. Island Hikers made it seamless.
I was nervous about the difficulty, but the marshals and checkpoints kept me going. The camaraderie with 400 strangers-turned-friends was the highlight. Already signed up for 2026!
From the bus ride at 5AM to the finish line medal — everything was organised perfectly. The meal at the end, the t-shirt, the medal — total value. TT$420 is a steal for this experience.
